Objective: The Graduate Program in Food Engineering (PPGEAL)  aims to train versatile professionals committed to social well-being through teaching, research, and outreach, contributing to scientific and technological development and innovation in Food Engineering and related fields, and generating positive impacts on society.

Type: Academic master’s degree and doctoral degree.

Area of Concentration: Development of Food Industry Processes.

Lines of Research:
– Transport Phenomena and Separation Processes;
– Bioprocess Engineering and Microbial Kinetics;
– Product and Process Development.
