Objective: The Graduate Program in Food Science (PPGCAL) aims to train highly qualified professionals who are committed to advancing knowledge and innovation, preparing them to work in teaching, research, outreach, and other professional activities in the field of Food Science, thus contributing to societal development.

Type: Academic master’s degree and doctoral degree.
