Law (professional degree)
Objective: The Professional Graduate Program in Law (PPGPD) aims to provide professional training for legal practitioners, particularly those engaged in public functions, duties, and powers; to promote the development of new knowledge and technologies in the field of Law, contributing to the improvement of national institutions; and to foster critical thinking directed toward the construction and application of a legal system better suited to the Brazilian reality of the twenty-first century.
Type: Professional master’s degree.
Area of Concentration: Law and Access to Justice.
Lines of Research:
– Access to Justice and Alternative Dispute Resolution: administration of justice with a focus on dialogue;
– Access to Justice and Jurisdictional and Administrative Processes: administration of justice with a focus on conflict.
