Objective: The Graduate Program in Nutrition (PPGN) aims to develop innovative, problem-solving and knowledge-creating researchers in an interdisciplinary area combining Food, Nutrition and Health.
Type: Academic master’s degree and doctoral degree.
Area of Concentration: Nutrition and Health.
Lines of Research:
– Nutrition Diagnosis and Intervention in Collectivities;
– Dietary and Biochemical Studies Related to Nutritional Status;
– Nutrition in Food Service and Food-Related Behavior.
